MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Verona at Boynton Beach experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!

At Verona at Boynton Beach, we have an onsite maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Please submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in touch with the office if you have questions about your request.

If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Boynton Beach, Florida! 

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help. 

If you are locked out during business hours, the onsite team is happy to help. If you are locked out after-hours, please inform courtesy patrol so they can reach out to our staff for assistance.

We also have a dog spa, so your furry friend can live the Verona at Boynton Beach lifestyle right alongside their best friend. 

Verona at Boynton Beach is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. Call our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.

At Verona at Boynton Beach, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, fridge, and so much more.

Our Boynton Beach apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

ADMINISTRATIVE & LEASING

Once you apply, please send your income verification to us via email and we will send the CheckPoint ID verification link. If your application is completed during business hours and you have completed the income and ID check it will take 5 minutes to produce the screening results. 

Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. If you prefer to pay a different way, our leasing team will also accept rent payments in the form of personal checks or certified funds. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

At Verona at Boynton Beach, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes. 

To set up your utilities, contact Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) online or by phone. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!

Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

We're glad to see you're interested in making Verona at Boynton Beach your next home! Once you apply, our team will complete a credit & background check. Our credit check primarily looks at overall credit history. Some factors that could negatively impact your credit screening include credit history, quality & quantity, high debt load, payment behavior, collection accounts (excluding medical debt), bankruptcies, and evictions. Applicants also are required to provide income verification during the application process and must show they make 3x the monthly rent in order to qualify.

Yes! Verona at Boynton Beach does accept guarantors for select approved applicants that have been approved with conditions. Once your application is approved with conditions, your guarantor will complete a separate application and provide income verification that shows they make 5x the monthly rent.

Applicants must provide proof of income during the application process that shows they make 3x the monthly rent.

Factors that can affect your credit screening include credit history, quality & quantity, high debt load, payment behavior, collection accounts (excluding medical debt), bankruptcies, and evictions.

In order to get the full Verona at Boynton Beach experience, Schedule A Tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home. We are not able to accommodate walk-in appointments.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community is located in the heart of Boynton Beach, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate. 

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

Verona at Boynton Beach does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for garage/pet rent dependent on resident circumstances. 

Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

To make sure Verona at Boynton Beach is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do rent out our amenity spaces for a fee please inquire by contacting the office.

The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, first payment of monthyl parking fee, prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please Contact Our leasing office!
